We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The item must be unworn and unused.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us and receiving return approval first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing any part of the order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@mbexim.in.

Please provide clear photographs and/or videos of the product and packaging where applicable. We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange an appropriate resolution such as a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Special-order products
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, size, or variant, please contact us at Info@mbexim.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

Depending on availability and eligibility, we may ask you to return the original item first. Once the return is received and approved, you may be required to place a separate order for the replacement product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, applicable consumer laws may provide you with a 14-day right to cancel or return your order, subject to the conditions and exceptions prescribed by applicable law.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with its original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may vary depending on the reason for the return and the applicable return policy.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us before shipping the product back so that we can provide appropriate return instructions.
